Let us know if you would like to include a 1-2 hour Deep Dive Wedding Planning Consultation with your wedding package, to review each aspect of the wedding planning process! Many of our couples find this to be so helpful as it allows them to prioritize tasks, create a comprehensive to-do list and consider things they never thought of previously!

Did you know that your wedding photographer plays an important role in coordinating your schedule for the day?

Even if you’re working with a wedding coordinator or wedding planner, it’s so important to have an organized wedding photographer to call the shots to ensure all of the images you want are captured and to make sure everyone stays on schedule. Not only that, but you want someone who communicates clearly and provides regular updates. You will find that we reply quickly to correspondence. If there is a delay in communication, it’s probably because we’re at a shoot.

How do I create a wedding timeline?

We can walk you through it! If you decide to work with us, we will be glad to send you a recommended wedding timeline to use as a template as you begin to shape your own schedule for the day. Our couples find it helpful to know how long each event throughout the day will take, and we always add buffer time so your wedding day doesn’t feel rushed!

What scale of weddings are your comfortable working?  

We are masters at event production. We enjoy working behind the scenes of small and large-scale weddings as well as fashion and music events, including front-of-house and backstage production at New York Fashion Week and the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.

FAQ - PRODUCTS/SERVICES

Do you produce wedding films?

Yes! Our team offers wedding videography services, which includes a 2-3 minute short film or a 3-5 minute extended short film. We also offer a 1 minute cinematic trailer for social media to bring your wedding memories to life! If you’re seeking a longer film, let us know and we’ll see what we can do! Please inquire during your consultation if you’re interested!

Can you help plan my wedding?

Yes, we can help get you started! Once you’ve decided to book us as your wedding photography/videography team, you may opt to add a 1-2 hour deep dive virtual wedding planning consultation to your package and we will cover all of the core topics to ensure your bases are covered as you begin to plan your wedding!

We have heard many times over that our brides went from feeling super stressed and overwhelmed to feeling great, like a huge weight was lifted off of their shoulders, by the end of our deep dive conversation!

Our goal for you is to have a smooth and stress-free wedding planning experience as much as possible, so you can enjoy the planning process and your wedding day to the fullest!

If you’re seeking comprehensive hands-on wedding planning experience or event planning services independent of photography/videography, we can provide referrals for event planners that can help. We simply do not have enough time to personally devote the attention to your event that it deserves like full-time event planners can.

Do you offer non-digital products, like canvas prints and other items?

Yes! We will set up a private shop for you with all of your wedding images so you can turn your digital gallery into high quality professional prints, personalized gifts and wall art, like canvases! The best part is that you can see your actual wedding photos in the product images while you shop!  We also offer handmade canvas prints - please inquire!

Do you offer heirloom wedding albums / memory books?

Yes! Great photos need to be displayed in a beautiful, convenient, tangible way! We are proud to offer heirloom wedding memory books, luxurious bound coffee table books, which are truly stunning and meant to last a lifetime with proper care!

If you're interested in having an heirloom wedding memory book of your own, we would schedule a Memory Book Design Consultation for you to customize your own, and I will have it ordered by the end of the day!

FAQ - Professional Details

Are You Insured?

Yes! We are fully insured with general liability coverage up to $1 Million dollars. We also have equipment insurance. Please note that many venues require that Photographers and Videographers be insured, so please inquire with them to determine if this is necessary prior to booking your Photography/Videography Team.

Do you do photography and videography full-time?

Yes, we run a full-time small business.

How many weddings do you book per month?

We limit the number of weddings we take on each month so we can dedicate time and attention to detail on each gallery we edit and deliver. If you decide to book a wedding with us, we are 100% dedicated to your day.

Do you do all of the editing yourself?

We personally edit each and every wedding photo to the level of quality our clients expect us to deliver. We both do film editing and color grading, but we also work with our in-house video editors to ensure a professionally polished wedding film is produced.

What’s your editing style?

Our signature style is true to life with a vibrant pop of color, but we can also edit light & airy, warm & moody or black & white if you prefer - or deliver a variety of editing styles based on the vibe of each image - It’s up to you. Let us know what editing style you prefer so we can bring that vision to life!

How long will you hold onto my photos and film?

We guarantee that wedding photos and films are kept for a least a year after delivery. We ask that our clients download everything and backup those files on their own hard drives within that time.

How many ways do you backup files?

We backup files on 2 hard drives.

What if something happens that would make it impossible for you to personally capture our wedding? What is your backup plan?

My husband, Bobby, and I plan to personally capture each and every wedding. Our niece, Alissa, is also a photographer and filmmaker who Second Shoots alongside us at weddings. Outside of our family, we regularly work with a few highly trusted Photographers and Videographers who are able to fill in as often as needed.

If for some reason our in-house team is unavailable, we have a network of Photographers and Videographers that we can ask to step in on our behalf and capture your wedding. In the unlikely event that should occur, that Associate Photographer/Videographer will deliver the RAW files and film footage to us so that we can take care of editing and delivery.

FAQ - INVESTMENT

How much are your wedding packages? Can you provide some general pricing information?

Great question! Our packages typically start at $4000. However, we find that every wedding is truly unique so we custom build all of our wedding packages to ensure you get everything you want and nothing you don’t need.

Our average client tends to invest $5500 with us for traditional wedding photography or videography coverage (including second shooter), $7500 for photo / video bundle, $9800 for a full day elopement (including second shooter), and $14800 for an epic multi-day elopement or wedding celebration.

That said, we’re honestly super flexible with packages / pricing depending on what our clients desire! For more intimate elopements and Wedding Celebrations, an hourly rate is available. We would love to chat to learn more about your wedding so we can see what options best fit your needs!

How do I obtain a custom quote?

1) First, click to schedule a quick 10-15 minute phone call with us. Calls may run longer, so it’s best to select a time where you have some scheduling flexibility. It’s more important to us that we answer all of your questions than cut our time short, so we are glad to chat longer unless we have another appointment to get to (but we always schedule with buffer time in mind).

2) Then, click on the contact us page so we may learn about your wedding day. Once we have more details, we can begin to customize a package that will best fit your needs.

FAQ - PROCESS

Are You Able To Hold My Date?

Unfortunately, we're not able to hold specific dates.  To make it official, we require a deposit as well as a signed contract.  Once both are received, the day is yours!

Do you offer payment plans?

We do! We are glad to help bring your wedding vision to life in a financially accessible way! As long as the deposit has been received, we are willing to provide some flexibility in how the rest of the payments are collected. Additional payments may be broken up into 2 or 3 payments and can coincide with a payday, for example. If you would prefer a monthly payment plan, or another frequency, please inquire and we will see if we can accommodate your request.

Your package must be paid in full no later than 90 days prior to your wedding date. For bookings scheduled within 90 days, your wedding package must be paid in full to secure the date unless we have offered other arrangements.

I’m ready to book with you! What’s the process to secure our wedding date on your calendar?

Awesome! Let’s hop on a quick 15-20 minute phone call to discuss your coverage needs! At the end of our call, we will schedule a Zoom Meeting to discuss some preliminary package options for you to consider.

During the Zoom Consultation, we can adjust the package offerings as needed to suit your preferences.  As soon as we build a package that you love and you’re ready to book, a deposit will be collected and a wedding photography services contract will be sent for you and your fiancé to sign.

Once both are received, the day is yours!

What if I Haven't Booked My Venue Yet?

If you end up booking your venue sooner than our scheduled Zoom meeting, you can call or text me anytime and we can move up your Consultation to potentially get you on the books sooner!

If you still haven't booked your venue by the time our scheduled Zoom meeting comes up, we recommend that you push back our Consultation until your Wedding date is under contract.  This allows us to know the official date that we're working with as we go through the Consultation process.

What are the Most Popular Wedding Dates?

Peak Wedding Season falls on all weekends (Thursday-Sunday) between Mid-April and Mid-November.   May, June, September and October are in very high demand in particular, so it’s first come first serve.  

Please be advised that your Wedding date could be booked anytime between your initial inquiry and our scheduled Zoom Consultation by another couple.

What are the Most Popular Engagement Session Dates?

April, May, September and October are in very high demand in particular, so it’s first come first serve. Please note that we limit the number of engagement sessions we schedule each month to balance our time and attention with Weddings on our calendar. When selecting preferred dates, please be mindful of the weather - there tends to be a lot of rain during April sessions.

What should we wear to our Engagement Session?

Definitely wear something comfortable and well-fitting that you feel totally confident and stylish in. We’re a fan of prints, so feel free to be bold with your fashion selection and tastefully accessorize! You are welcome to bring a few shoe options, but also be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes. Layers are a great option if you’d like to switch up your look. We have a portable changing room that we bring to many engagement sessions, in case you would like to do an outfit change during our shoot as an alternative.

The key is to look like the best version of yourself while also coordinating the look between the two of you. You can do this by complimenting each other’s style, such as by pairing the colors or prints together in a visually appealing way. Feel free to send us photos in advance if you would like feedback on your wardrobe selections!

Additional Pro Tip: Eat a light snack or meal beforehand (to avoid becoming hangry) and bring plenty of water to stay hydrated between shots.
