For example, we collect the information you provide when you request a service, send us questions or otherwise interact with this Site. Some of the information you manually provide may be personal information, such as your name and contact information.

This information typically includes your IP address, the name of your operating system, the name and version of your browser, the date and time of your visit, and the pages you visit. The information we receive may depend on your browser or device settings. The information we receive from your web browser and device typically is not, in and of itself, personally identifiable. However, we may combine it with other information in an attempt to identify you or we may combine it with information that does identify you.
● Information Collected by Cookies and Other Technologies. We use “cookies” and other technologies to collect information and support certain features of this Site.
o Cookies: This is a very small text document, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier. When you visit a website, that site’s computer asks your computer for permission to store this file in a part of your hard drive specifically designed for cookies. Our website can access the cookies it has sent to you to: (a) collect data about the way you interact with our Site (e.g., when you use certain features or upload attachments); (b) collect data to assess and improve our advertising campaigns; (c) allow our business partners (including third-parties) to use these tracking technologies to track your behavior on our behalf on our Site (including when you use multiple devices) and on partner websites; (d) enable third-parties to collect data about the way you interact across sites outside of our Site and (e) collect anonymous statistical information about how you use our services (including the length of your web or application session) and the location from which you access our services, so that we can improve our services and learn which elements and functions of our services are most popular with our users. You can “opt out” of cookie collection and otherwise manage your cookie collection data through your web browser’s settings.
o Web beacons or pixels: These are tiny graphics with a unique identifier that are used to understand browsing activity. In contrast to cookies, these are rendered invisibly on web pages when you open a page.
o Social widgets: These are buttons or icons provided by third-party social media providers that allow you to interact with those social media services when you view a web page or a mobile app screen. These social widgets may collect browsing data, which may be received by the third party that provided the widget and are controlled by the third parties.
o UTM Source codes: These are strings that can appear in a URL (the “Uniform Resource Locator,” which is typically the http or https address entered to go to a web page) when a user moves from one web page or website to another, where the string can represent information about browsing, such as which advertisement, page, or publisher sent the user to the receiving website.
E-mail Policies & Opting Out of Communications
If you choose to correspond with us through e-mail, we may retain the content of your e-mail messages together with your e-mail address and our responses. We provide the same protections for these electronic communications that we use in the maintenance of information received on-line on our Site.
We are committed to keeping your e-mail address secure. We do not sell, license or otherwise disclose our subscription lists to third parties and will not disclose your e-mail address to any third parties except as allowed in the section titled Disclosure of Your Information. We will maintain the information you send via e-mail in accordance with applicable federal law.
In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all e-mails sent from us will clearly state who the e-mail is from and provide clear information on how to contact the sender. In addition, all marketing e-mail messages will also contain concise information on how to remove yourself from our mailing list so that you receive no further marketing e-mail communication from us. Our marketing e-mails provide users with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us and our partners by reading the unsubscribe instructions located at the bottom of any marketing e-mail they receive from us and clicking on the unsubscribe link in the marketing e-mail at any time.
Third-Party Cookies
Some content or applications on our Site are served by third-parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers and application providers. In addition to the cookies we deliver to your computer or mobile device through this Site, these third parties may deliver cookies to you either alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use our Site. For example, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics tool that helps us understand how visitors engage with our Site. These third-parties may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across non-affiliated websites and / or they may use this information to deliver targeted advertisements to you either on this Site or on other websites.
Disclosure of Your Information
As a general rule, we do not disclose your personal information, except in the limited circumstances described in this section. We may disclose your personal information to our subsidiaries, affiliates and service providers for the purpose of providing our services to you. We may share information with insurers, professional advisors, website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
We retain the e-mail addresses of those who send us e-mail, purchase goods and services via our website, register for access to our site, participate in surveys and contests and subscribe to our e-mail newsletters. We sometimes work with third-parties to analyze user preferences; provide content, products or services of interest to that user or collect data for conversion tracking (data regarding actions you take after you click on an ad).
We may provide your information to any successor in interest in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some of all of the Company’s assets and / or business.
We may disclose your personal information to a third party, including law enforcement, a lawyer or collection agency, when the release of such information is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our Site policies or protect ours or other’s rights, property or safety, and for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, whether in court proceedings or an administrative out-of-court procedure. We may disclose information when legally compelled to do so. For example, when we, in good faith, believe that the law requires it, for the protection of our legal rights, when compelled by a court or other governmental entity to do so or for any other legitimate legal interest.
